Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our collections, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage
• Brief description of the issue
We will review your case and offer either a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at hello@velorienstudio.com and we will resolve it immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
• Items showing signs of use
• Items without original packaging
• Sale or discounted items
• Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
